The Art Schlichter Report is our weekly look at the CFL betting lines and our picks. In the spirit of Mr. Art Schlichter our picks will probably be unreliable. BTW, Schlichter seems to be turning things around. We’re still looking for that elusoive 4-0. Line in bold favourite in italics.
Friday
B.C. -12.5 at Hamilton
RFTW – Hamilton. They have nothing to play for, well except their jobs for next season. B.C. will be motivated to put Saskatchewan away and finish first. Casy Printers redemption game.
Saskatchewan -5.5 at Edmonton
RFTW – Edmonton. If the Lions win Saskatchewan will empty their bench. Edmonton can still (somehow) catch the Als for a East division playoff berth. Save for one game the Eskies have played the Riders close.
Saturday
Winnipeg at Toronto -5.5
RFTW – Toronto. We like the boats guys at home. The Bombers played better last week but we’re not convinced they are all the way back. An East Final preview.
Montreal at Calgary -7.5 RFTW - Calgary. We honestly have no idea. It could be 3-1 or 58-53. Calgary is locked into third and will probably play a weird combo of guys. Montreal has no AC, meaning they’re effed.
Last Week: 3-1 (cop out) Season Score: 34-30
DISCLAIMER- RFTW does not encourage gambling but it does make everything more interesting.
