RFTW sincerely apologizes for not having this story earlier, I guess we got caught up in cuts and season previews. There are probably a lot of disappointed young ladies in Edmonton because the homeless Eskimos have places to live. On Monday, the Edmonton Sun ran a front page story describing the struggles some new Esks had in finding places to live. Apparently a hot housing market in Edmonton is to blame. A day later, a small army of Eskie fans stepped up and offered to billet the players WHL-style. The story caught the attention of SI.com as well as some other media outlets. Today the Sun reported the Esks won’t have to live with grannies or hardcore fans who wanted to say they made Siddeeq Shabazz’s bed.
